About the Role
We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join our team in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Job Responsibilities
* Support vendors, contractors, and other teams involved in the construction and commissioning of various systems, including:
o High, medium, and low-voltage power systems
o Generators
o UPS
o HVAC
o Chilled Water Systems
o Building Management Systems (BMS)
o Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)
o Testing and balancing
o Pumps and Hydronic systems
* Provide multi-discipline input into scheduling, test script development, designing, and planning of projects
* Review component submittal packages, lead Factory Witness Testing (FWT), and perform system-level and integrated system testing
* Audit activities to ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety requirements
* Report on the status of all ongoing projects and lessons learned to continually improve the program
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience directly related to mission-critical facilities or data center infrastructure
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
* 3+ years of commissioning experience
* Certification or training specific to NETA, ASHRAE, or Commissioning specific education courses
* Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (50% +) of the time
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook required; advanced knowledge of SharePoint (or similar) preferred
* Effective communication skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in high-stress environments
* Advance knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems for critical infrastructures
