Business Change Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Business Change Project Manager to lead the successful transition, implementation, and adoption of multiple change initiatives across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Change Impact Assessment: Evaluate the effects of proposed changes on organizational structures and personnel, developing strategies to manage these impacts.
* Change Implementation: Lead the execution of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimal disruption to operations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with all stakeholders to promote understanding and acceptance of changes, addressing concerns and fostering a positive attitude toward transformation.
* Training and Development: Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems.
* Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the progress of change initiatives, measuring adoption rates, and assessing the realization of anticipated benefits such as increased efficiency and cost savings.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing organizational change projects, particularly those involving process improvements, projects adaption, cross-functional collaboration and project measurement.
Requirements:
* Over 10+ years in project management/business change with certifications in Change Management / Transformational change (e.g., APMG Change Management Practitioner, Prosci Change Management Certification)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
* Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and training sessions effectively
* Proficiency in assessing and managing organizational impacts of change
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and management capabilities
* Hands-on approach with high energy, drive, and a can-do attitude
