We are seeking highly skilled Recruitment Consultants to join our Finance and Engineering teams in our Head Office in Killarney, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
* MATCH QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WITH CLIENT JOB OPENINGS, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company values.
* Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation.
* Maintain accurate records and candidate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and business growth.
* Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, fostering long-term professional relationships.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience as a 360 Recruiter or similar role.
* Proficiency in using various software systems.
* A proven track record of exceeding targets.
