Job Title: Finishing Foreman
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finishing Foreman to join our client's team on a new project in Dublin City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of all finishing activities on the construction site.
* Management of subcontractors and coordination with other trades.
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Inspection of work for compliance with specifications and standards.
* Identification and resolution of any issues that arise.
* Ensure all work is completed on time and within expectations.
* Maintenance of accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Collaboration with the project manager and other members of the construction team.
* Adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Leadership and guidance of the finishing team.
* Monitoring progress and performance of finishing activities.
* Ensuring all finishing work meets client expectations.
* Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Preparation and submission of progress reports to the project manager.
* Regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of construction techniques and competency in setting out, surveying, and temporary works.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CAD.
* Familiarity with Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
* A full Irish driving license.
* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role.
* Background in construction, with a focus on finishing work.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capacity to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
