As part of their continued growth, this Roscommon company is looking to add a full-time Customer Support role to their team.
The Ideal Candidate
You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing exceptional service and support. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating service requests. This role will suit you if you are a proactive problem solver with great communication skills!
Main Customer Support Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via telephone, email, and chat.
2. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
3. Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
4. Act as support in scheduling and coordinating vehicle service appointments and follow-ups.
5. Track and monitor service requests to ensure timely resolutions.
6. Provide holiday cover for the scheduling department.
7. Identify opportunities to upsell products.
8. Communicate with internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery.
9. Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues.
10. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management.
11. Highlight any recurring issues to management.
Skills:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in using software and picking up new systems and databases.
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
5. High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
