Our Operations

Responsibilities:
* Operate production and/or test equipment to meet established schedules.
* Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures, and applicable safety rules to ensure safe work practices.
* Perform basic troubleshooting on operation issues and escalate to supervisors and support teams as needed.
* Record production information on approved documents or electronic systems.
* Assist in executing validation protocols and perform product testing and release.
* Support continuous improvement by generating ideas and assisting in projects where needed.
* Maintain adequate stocks of operating supplies and consumables within production areas.
* Carry out training of new employees as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
* Relevant work experience is advantageous but not essential, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* Ability to integrate quickly into a team environment and demonstrate flexible and innovative approaches to work.
* Comfortable working with computers and able to operate software applications.
