The Bars Supervisor is an exciting role that aims to ensure all our guests have a wonderful experience and enjoy excellent service.
About Us
Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Röggla in December 2022. The hotel joined his collection of luxury Irish hotels forming the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harvey’s Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights.

Role & Responsibilities
All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:
1. Ensure smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager
2. Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff
3. Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual
4. Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner
5. Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure
6. Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform and name badge as per weekly rota
7. Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required of a four star Hotel establishment in accordance with the standards of procedures manual
Requirements

1. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
2. Ability to work as part of a team
3. Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.
6. Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
