We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to supervise the operations of our client's Ireland office in Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure all administrative tasks are executed seamlessly.
The Role Overview
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the most efficient and effective administrative procedures, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with both external and internal policies.
About the Team
You will join a friendly and diverse admin team of 15 professionals from various backgrounds. You will collaborate closely with your teammates and report directly to the Admins Department Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and Coordinate Workflow: Develop and implement efficient administrative workflows and procedures.
* Lead the Admin Team: Guide and support our admin team to complete a variety of tasks across different business sectors.
* Staff Performance & Development: Assess staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure maximum efficiency.
* Office Management: Allocate responsibilities and office space, oversee facilities services, and maintenance activities.
* Budget Management: Plan and monitor the budget to ensure financial efficiency.
* Organize Office Activities: Supervise office activities such as recycling, renovations, and event planning.
* Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Requirements:
* 2-10 years experience in administrative roles with at least 1 year managerial experience
* Experience managing range of admin duties such as catering, dormitory, asset and facility management
* Previous event experience would be beneficial
* Budget management experience
* Computer-savvy and proficient in MS office and Excel
