**Job Title:** Project Planner
Limerick based construction company seeks experienced Project Planner to deliver high standards in pharmaceutical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage project schedule for EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) scope.
2. Coordinate and participate in interactive planning and project meetings.
3. Establish and maintain earned value progress reporting system.
4. Manage interfaces with sub-contractors, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with project milestones.
5. Support wider project controls, including tender and contract milestone management and extension-of-time evaluations.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical construction projects.
2. Degree in engineering, technical discipline, or similar.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team of planners.
4. Strong technical knowledge, with proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering deliverables and drawings.
5. Familiarity with design deliverables and sub-contractor mobilisation activities.
6. Proven proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite.
7. Experience in multi-user P6 environments (e.g., Loadspring).
Preferred Skills:
1. Last Planner system interface experience.
2. 4D BIM experience advantageous but not required.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
