Shipping Administrator
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong experience from the shipping, freight or logistics sector who is now looking for a new challenge.

The Job:
As a key part of the shipping operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administration and operations coordination duties.
* Acting as point of contact for customers and external partners/contractors
* Coordinating the movements of vessels to and from port
* Stock/inventory and warehouse operations reporting
* Maintaining accurate import and export documentation
* Planning for incoming traffic
* Resolving queries and supporting the management team with their ongoing duties
Experience/Skills Required:
* Third level qualified, ideally
* 2-3+ years' experience gained in a relevant shipping, freight, logistics, or similar role, ideally
* Full and clean driving license, as well as own transport, essential
* Proven ability to multi-task and work with diverse teams
* Strong IT skills
* Availability to work one weekend in four and occasional on call, but time off during the week to balance
