Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Reporting Program Manager to drive the scaling and maturation of the EU/ UK Integrity Compliance Office (ICO) Governance and Reporting Pillar.
This pillar supports ICO in meeting its governance and reporting obligations across key integrity regulations including the Digital Services Act, Online Safety Act, Terrorist Content Online Regulation, and Online Safety and Media Regulation Act.
Responsibilities
* Support the execution of the EU/UK Integrity Office Governance and Reporting strategy.
* Build, develop, and maintain Governance and Reporting structures for new/emerging regulations including the UK Online Safety Code (OSA).
* Drive the design/continuous iteration of the Governance and Reporting Framework for the EU/UK Integrity Compliance Office.
* Monitor and deliver requirements as set out in Statements of Work with wider Integrity Compliance/Meta teams and report on outcomes of services rendered to relevant Management Boards/risk committees.
* Mature the EU/UK Integrity Compliance Office Governance Pillar Program (Key Performance Indicators, Strategy etc.).
* Support the EU/ UK Integrity Compliance Office's compliance monitoring activities related to integrity compliance obligations across Meta's family of Apps.
* Partner closely with Legal and first/second line partners to ensure demonstrable compliance and oversight by the EU/UK Integrity Compliance Office.
* Build relationships and interface closely with diverse sets of Compliance, Legal, Risk, Integrity, and Operations partners, subject matter experts, internal control partners, and/or first-line risk management professionals.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in building/developing/maintaining/scaling compliance governance frameworks in a regulated environment.
* Experience with enterprise and regulatory risk/mitigation strategies and evolving governance frameworks/forums within a global company.
Preferred Qualifications
* Certified compliance or in-depth understanding of content integrity regulations.
* Experience within a technology, regulatory, or consulting sector.
* Proficient in Board and leadership reporting.
* Demonstrable experience liaising with internal and external audiences, such as regulators and auditors.
* Experience in legal and compliance-related programs or Internal Audit, content policy, and business understanding within content regulation.
* Extensive experience in preparing and delivering updates to Boards, leadership, and management.
* Interpersonal experience interfacing with all levels of partners and stakeholders.
* Experience navigating ambiguity and complex challenges.
* Operational experience and understanding content-related regulations and regulatory landscape.
