GSW Solutions are current seeking a Duty Manager for a local hotel in Sligo.
The key attributes we are looking for is the ability to be agile and adaptable to the various guests needs.

The ideal candidate:
Must have experience working in hospitality or a management role.
Must have the ability to delegate whilst also working as a team.
3rd Level degree in Business, Hospitality or Events (preferred but not essential)
The role:
Overseeing hotel operations during early and late shifts, ensuring all areas are open, well-prepared, and welcoming for guests.
Assisting all departments, with a particular focus on supporting food and beverage services during busy periods.
Managing guest inquiries efficiently and professionally to enhance their experience.
Collaborating with the management team, providing support wherever needed.
Performing daily security checks and preparing essential reports, including daily summaries and handover documentation.
