Role :Accounts Assistant / Office Administrator Part-time 20 hours per week (Monday- Friday mornings) Location: Clane, Co Kildare.
Responsilbities Assist with the day-to-day processing of invoices, receipts and payments Input of purchase invoices to the accounting system, reconciliation of creditor statements and dealing with supplier queries Input of sales invoices and aged debtor reviews to ensure that payments are received as per credit terms Payroll input and update of records Assisting the sales team with tender submissions Ad-hoc office and admin duties Previous experience of Sage accounts system desired Previous accounts and office adminstration experience is essential Salary range €22- €25 per hour (based on experience).
