Key Responsibilities
* Organize and execute service with precision, managing kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to drive menu development and maintain the highest standards of food quality.
* Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting open communication and addressing any issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate inventory, manage kitchen supplies, and optimize resource allocation to minimize waste.
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of Sous Chef experience, with a strong background in fast-paced kitchen environments.
* Proven ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and maintaining composure during peak periods.
* Effective team management skills, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
* Flexible scheduling, with a willingness to work varying shifts, including mornings, lunches, and evenings.
Benefits
* Competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
