As a Program Manager, you will manage and execute Indeed's global event roadshow series, ensuring high-quality experiences that deliver measurable business impact.

Who you areManage end-to-end execution of Indeed's roadshow for key client events across EMEA markets, delivering high-impact, engaging experiences with operational excellence.Contribute to the strategic development and execution of experiential marketing initiatives, including project planning, timeline management, reporting, post-event analysis, lead capture, budget management, handling inbound/outbound materials, and event documentation.Manage cross-functional partnerships, aligning internal teams, external partners, and on-site staff to ensure seamless event execution and act as a subject matter expert on experiential marketing initiatives.Manage event budgets, ensuring financial accountability and resource efficiency, while implementing sustainable event practices and tracking environmental and social impact.Measure and report key event performance metrics, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities to refine future event strategies.Use industry insights and audience analysis to drive scale, efficiency, and innovation across experiential marketing initiatives.Tailor strategies for diverse global markets, manage events across many time zones and ensure cultural relevance in key regions.Who we are5+ years of experience in managing global experiential marketing programs with expertise in cultural nuances in key international markets.Proven ability to develop innovative, brand-driven event activations, while aligning with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.Proven skills in budget management, project scaling, and data-driven decision-making, with keen statistical abilities and attention to detail.Ability to manage many projects, prioritize effectively, and partner with senior leadership to achieve business goals.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-paced environments.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Apple applications, with adaptability to new technologies, AI tools, and digital event management platforms to enhance productivity and innovation.Our missionAs the world's number 1 job site*, our mission is to help people get jobs.
