We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Workflow Lead to join our Corporate Trust Client Services team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland. The Role is a Hybrid position which requires 3 days a week in the office.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
* Working with payment and trade instructions (Bonds, equities, repurchase agreements), verifying relevant details before releasing to the market.
* Using in-depth industry knowledge and experience to help identify and streamline operational efficiencies to improve the client experience.
* Assisting with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency.
* Coordinate efforts with various internal and external parties to provide issue resolution.
* Being a point of contact for more junior team members and resolving client issues with them.
* Experience in any of the below products is highly desirable:
o Asset-backed commercial paper
o Custody-securities held bilaterally and via tri-party agents
o Structured notes programs
o Collateral monitoring
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
* Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* Client Service experience in Financial Services.
* Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
* Strong investigative and communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Several years of total work experience preferred.
