The Opportunity:
As the Senior Sale Manager, you will report to the director and be responsible for driving sales, fostering enduring customer relationships, and introducing new and innovative products to the Irish market. Your role will place you in a dynamic environment where you will continuously adapt to emerging technologies. You will also assist in managing the Sales Office to ensure the delivery of superior and efficient customer service that achieves targeted sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and grow sales of our product range to trade customers in Ireland.
2. Meet and exceed agreed sales targets while implementing sales strategies.
3. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and old customers, and actively seek new business opportunities.
4. Provide outstanding customer service and support.
5. Manage face-to-face sales, understand customer needs, and provide solutions.
6. Upsell products and services, negotiate contracts, and handle credit management with customers.
7. Collaborate with our current team to optimize sales and business growth.
Desired Skills & Requirements:
1. Essential: 10+ years sales experience, ideally within the Solar Wholesale/Renewable energy sector.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Strong knowledge of Solar equipment.
4. Ability to work independently, develop weekly sales plans, and manage accounts.
5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Ambition to drive personal and professional growth.
7. Good IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems.
8. Full clean driving license.
9. Preferred: Third-level qualification in the renewable energy field.
10. Experience in managing large accounts and developing new business channels.
11. Solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to conduct cost benefit analysis for clients.
