We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our retail team for our amazing store in Copenhagen Airport!
You will be an ambassador for GANNI, working within our beautifully curated stores. The GANNI culture is based on a learning and results-driven mentality, where everyone is united by a common purpose.
As a GANNI Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver seamless and efficient service dedicated to the client’s needs and be a true ambassador for the brand both within the store and when out of the store.
You will secure excellent customer experiences for every visitor, ensuring your team is fully equipped to master the ceremonies of the GANNI universe. You will guide, inspire, and bring out the best in all our GANNI girls, working with the store team to secure operational excellence to deliver smooth and seamless client experiences every time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STORE
* Achieve budgets and KPI targets, analyze performance, take relevant actions on areas of improvement, and follow up when necessary.
* Report and align business priorities with the Retail Country Manager within deadlines.
* Set daily, weekly, and monthly expectations of store results and individual team performances, following up persistently to ensure quality outcomes.
* Organize and provide effective training and workshops for the team using tools provided by GANNI Headquarters.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
* Lead by example, coach, motivate, inspire, and challenge the team to optimize store performance.
* Ensure all team members are fully trained on collections, following the GANNI standards, selling ceremonies, and GANNI values.
* Organize qualitative staff meetings as needed to secure high performance.
* Plan store schedules productively and secure proficient cost spending.
* Recruit, onboard, develop, and evaluate team members in a timely manner, ensuring GANNI HR policies and procedures are met at all times.
OPERATIONAL
* Ensure operational excellence at all times, both front of store and back of house, making it easy to navigate for team members and store visitors.
* Take responsibility for profit and loss costs and take measures where needed.
* Handle all operational and commercial activities, including deliveries, RTW, sale implementation, till procedure, returns processing, claims processing, and omnichannel procedures (e.g., BOPIS, EA, BOSFS).
* Organize and implement in-store events together with the Marketing team and Area Manager.
* Ensure all VM guidelines are in place and follow up regularly on standards with VM management.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
* Solid and proven management background with at least 5 years of store management and team-leading experience.
* Experience in leading, motivating, and providing sales training to staff members.
* Strong customer relations and significant CRM experience.
* Experience working within a high-end retail brand in the lifestyle business.
* Sales-driven, results motivated, and goal-oriented.
* Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
* Excellent understanding of performance analysis to help drive the business.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment.
