Quality Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop quality systems based on industry best practices and regulatory standards.
2. Lead quality improvement initiatives, focusing on supply chain performance and efficiency.
3. Apply good distribution practices (GDP) and international organisation for standardization (ISO) standards in daily quality operations.
4. Address product and process complaints, evaluating contract manufacturer performance metrics and supporting management reviews.
5. Determine root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions and recommendations.
6. Implement comprehensive measurement systems to monitor quality and reliability systems, identifying defects and preventing future occurrences.
7. Work with multiple Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Requirements:
1. A degree in science, engineering, or a related field is ideal.
2. At least 2-5 years' experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in a quality role.
3. Project delivery experience is highly desirable.
