Key Responsibilities:Managing Online Bookings.Making flight/hotel/car hire/transfer bookings.Assist Customers any with pre-travel related queries.Sending Travel Documents to Customers.Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in a customer focused role.Must have a positive "can do" attitude.Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.Be a team player.Be able to work well under pressure.Fluent English with proficient verbal and written skills.An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
