Lyons of Limerick has an immediate opening for a Senior Service Advisor.
A new exciting position has arisen within Lyons of Limericks Ford Team. Promoting Lyons of Limerick's highest standards of Customer Service, the Senior Service Advisor will be a people’s person with excellent communication skills, who works well under pressure, being diligent with the ability to deliver consistent accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the Customer Operations team with projects.
2. Identifying customer needs and using product knowledge to obtain sales.
3. Being professional, self-motivated, and process-driven.
4. Processing orders and resolving customer queries.
5. Working to KPIs independently and as a team.
The ideal candidate will be very customer-focused with outstanding communication skills, remaining professional at all times and representing the business values.
Key Competencies:
1. Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
2. Fluent in verbal and written English.
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy after-sales environment.
4. Full Clean Driving License.
5. Building a natural rapport with customers via organizational skills and strong attention to detail will be vital for the role.
