Job Description:
In this role, you will need to:
1. Lead and manage a sales team to meet or exceed monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities and revenue targets
2. Build confidence & trust with direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
3. Coach team members to develop their professional sales skills
4. Build a learning culture and get involved hands-on in deal progression and review
5. Collaborate well with other sales managers, cross-functional partners, directors & executives to aid the growth of the business
6. Supervise & conduct training on skills improvement, inbound and outbound sales, multi-product platform sales, product & marketing topics
7. Strong sales skills & ability to teach sourcing and sales strategies to new team members
8. Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting and training new Inbound Growth Specialists
9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing and the HubSpot platform
10. Understand your country market(s), in this case DACH & CEE, and build and execute plans to grow them
11. Demonstrate HubSpot core values and leadership traits
12. Understand leadership training styles and apply to interactions with direct reports
What are the role requirements?
1. Professional fluency in German and English
2. Experience leading/managing a sales team is a plus.
3. Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively
4. Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results
5. Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives
6. Good prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness on first part of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategise, Demo & Close Call)
7. Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviours and build growth plans
8. Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results through collaboration
9. Strong individual & team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills
10. Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goal & positive attitude
