Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising, or a related field.
* Ability to communicate in English and Danish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
* Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context in Denmark, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
* Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
* Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.

As a Customer Growth Associate, you will consult with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, committed to finding optimal advertising solutions for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy, combined with your entrepreneurial drive, enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media and commercial know-how will shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you will be the face of Google to a portfolio of clients, listening to their needs and helping define strategies for their products and services to reach thousands or millions of users.
Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers focused on customer success, bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by building relationships with key decision-makers and business owners to understand their goals and digital marketing strategies, empowering their business with Google advertising.
* Manage large and diverse accounts and identify opportunities where Google Ads can impact growth while tracking account growth and product adoption quarterly goals.
* Conduct frequent phone consultations to evaluate campaign performance, make account recommendations, and mentor/influence business owners on digital marketing strategy.
* Engage in essential activities to drive customer relationship growth (e.g., proactive engagement, campaign performance review, client meetings, pitches, research, internal strategy building/execution, etc.).
* Participate in training throughout the program to develop professional and business skills.
