Position: Community Operations Analyst
Location: Sandyford (D18), Ireland
Working Hours: 36.5 to 40 hours per week, flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 6PM-2AM
What You'll Do:
* Advocate for our Community: Use your knowledge of our client's products and community standards to make well-balanced decisions and become an effective advocate.
* Investigate and Resolve Issues: Address user inquiries, support requests, and reports of potentially abusive content with high quality and speed.
* Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a positive user experience by reviewing reported content.
* Improve User Experience: Gather and analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies, suggesting scalable solutions for community support.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Multilingual: Fluent in both English and French
* Empathetic Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and effective verbal and written communication.
* Resilient and Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, pressured environment with a positive approach to challenges.
* Problem Solver: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
