* We work mostly on old and historic buildings as a general contractor and with our specialty trades such as lime plastering and stonework.
We are looking for someone capable of:
1. Site project planning management
2. Pricing and budgeting
3. New client relations
4. Developing new business
We operate with a small team of tradesmen of between 6-10 employees depending on the work in hand.
Although we're based in Offaly/East Galway area, our jobs are in various parts of the country, as our specialist type of work necessitates that, so if you don't like traveling or staying away, this won't work for you.
Salary is open to discussion with profit sharing a possibility.
