Financial Controller Job Description
Our client, a leading luxury 5-star hotel in Kerry, seeks an experienced Hotel Financial Controller to oversee their finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day finance operations, including financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Ensure robust internal controls are in place and followed, collaborating with the General Manager to achieve finance objectives.
* Monitor and control all financial aspects, including reporting, cash flow, and expenses, ensuring timely financial reporting to management and shareholders.
* Coordinate audits and prepare year-end financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable functions, and ensure compliance with finance acts and statutory obligations.
* Process employee payroll, manage related communications, and develop and enhance employee culture in alignment with company vision.
