Temporary Receptionists Required for Dublin City Centre

Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Screen incoming calls, transfer, and take messages where necessary.
* Manage patient records, including prescriptions.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings (when requested).
* Ensure seamless coordination with staff regarding all visitors.
* Responsibility for incoming post distribution.
* Arrange courier pickups across all departments.
* Perform general administration duties and provide secretarial support as required.
Essential Experience and Skills:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as a receptionist.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Good administration and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, with a proactive attitude.
