Eir evo talent are seeking applications for a Service Desk Engineer. This is a 6-month day rate contract located in Dublin 8. The role is Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
* You will work as part of the support team that are the front line for IT into our business, answering calls and emails.
* Work can vary from remote troubleshooting, software installs, training & supporting customers throughout the business with IT queries.
* You will be trained in Service Now, our call logging system - ensure all calls/e-mails are logged, updated & resolved according to internal SLAs and best practice.
* Previous PC Hardware & Software experience through college/work placement would be an advantage.
* Basic network experience.
* Windows OS knowledge.
* Strong problem analysis & solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
