HR Systems & Data Specialist
This role is ideal for an experienced HR systems professional with expertise in UKG Kronos WFC and Dimensions, or Workday HCM & Workday Time Tracking, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, Infor Workforce Management, UKG Ready, Deputy, Quinyx, Kronos i Series Central.
The Role:
As the HR Systems & Data Specialist, you will act as the subject matter expert for HR technology, ensuring systems are utilised efficiently to support strategic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Expertise & Management: Act as the SME for UKG Kronos (WFC & Dimensions). Configure, maintain, and optimize people systems. Ensure data integrity and conduct regular audits.
* Change Management & Support: Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement system improvements. Support system upgrades, integrations, and process changes.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users. Engage with external vendors to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionality.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure systems adhere to GDPR and data security regulations. Maintain documentation on system processes and configurations.
What You'll Need:
* Essential:
o Expertise in UKG Kronos WFC and Dimensions (WFM Pro) OR similar.
o Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
o Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and integration.
* Desirable:
o Experience with system integrations & data migrations.
o Familiarity with ticketing/support systems (e.g., Service Desk).
