Job Title: German Client Services Administrator
Location: Dublin City, Ireland

Work Arrangements:
* Permanent position with hybrid working model (2 days in office + 3 days WFH after 4 weeks training)
* Flexible start time from 8-9am, Monday to Friday
* 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality service
* Provide administrative and interdepartmental support
* Ensure timely correspondence and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Attend meetings and take minutes as required
* Manage business contracts and renewal schedules
* Develop extensive product knowledge and commit to ongoing learning
* Multitask daily workload and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ensure excellent customer service and client retention
Requirements:
* Full fluency in English and German (verbal and written)
* Previous experience in a customer-focused role
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent multitasking and time management skills
* Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
