Job Title: Claims Handler
This is a customer-facing role to efficiently manage a portfolio of A&H, warranty, and property claims within prescribed service and technical standards. To agree on the settlement of claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions and within your own authority levels, ensuring such settlements are achieved efficiently, accurately, and timely.
The role involves handling claims in line with authority limits, adhering to organizational referral procedures, and working within service standards or service level agreements with other claims management service organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work closely with stakeholders and clients.
