Claims Team Leader Role in Real Estate
Based in Cork, we are seeking an experienced Claims professional with leadership skills to join our Claims Management company.
The Role:
We are looking for a Claims Team Leader to lead and manage a team of desk-based Claims Technicians, ensuring the highest standards of service.
* Motivate and support the team to meet targets and personal goals.
* Oversee workflow management, ensuring seamless operations during absences and holidays.
* Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and appraisals.
* Monitor claim lifecycles and identify training needs.
* Handle a small caseload while assisting with account management where required.
* Manage complaint calls and provide resolution.
Key Requirements:
Leadership experience in claims environment.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Stakeholder management and driving team performance.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Necessary qualifications: APA qualification and working towards Certificate in Insurance Practice (CIP).
Flexibility to travel when required.
