Job Title: Assistant HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our team at the Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge.
About the Role:
This role reports to the Hotel HR Manager and provides guidance and support across all aspects of the HR function. The successful candidate will drive employee engagement, manage IR and ER issues, maintain compliance standards, and oversee payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support recruitment and selection processes for the property
* Assist with new hire onboarding and training
* Drive staff development through internal programmes and coaching
* Ensure high levels of employee engagement and motivation
* Proactively manage IR and ER issues
* Maintain employee compliance and HR records
* Manage payroll through Time and Attendance systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* At least 2 years' experience in a HR role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment
* A proactive approach and self-motivation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in driving employee engagement and managing payroll
* A strong understanding of employment law and related legislation

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
