Job Title: Administrator/Coordinator
Role Overview:
* Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage calendars, inboxes, and daily schedules on behalf of the Recruitment/HR Team
* Liaise with external group in relation to obtaining visas for employees
* Support employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
* Organise candidate interviews, liaising with hiring managers
* Maintain departmental records and assist in the preparation of documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced administrative role is essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software
* First-class verbal and written communication skills
* High level of accuracy in document preparation
* Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
