Job Objectives:
The role of Operations Administrator is to contribute to daily Operations within Nua healthcare. This requires a proactive approach to providing administrative support to the Management Team and relevant departmental functions.
This includes:
* Supporting people with their daily plans.
* Providing administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, extending to the entire department as directed.
* Maintaining appropriate records and compiling reports on Mental Health, Community Residences, and Approved Centres.
* Attending required meetings, taking, and distributing meeting minutes to relevant recipients.
* Ensuring standard reporting procedures are followed at all times.
* Reviewing and updating centre policies regularly, as required.
* Updating internal control documentation.
* Participating in Quality Improvement Projects.
* Creating and maintaining a central file of all enquiries.
* Maintaining up-to-date records in IT systems.
* Handling correspondence, emails, calls, and reporting.
* Complex diary management where requested.
* Coordinating centre meetings, including agenda and meeting minutes.
Skills Requirements:
Knowledge:
* Awareness of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of technology required for the role.
* Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
Experience:
* Engagement with external agencies (MHC, HSE, Tusla, etc.).
* Previous experience in a similar role.
Skills:
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent organisational skills, self-motivated, and self-starter.
* Excellent verbal, written communication, and IT skills.
