Job Description Reporting to theQEHS Manager Main Responsibilities Promote a strong, proactive health and safety culture Communicate safety alerts and toolbox talks to site teams and staff Review method statements and risk assessments (RAMS) and provide health and safety advice to project managers/supervisors Visit sites and conduct site inspections to ensure good safety compliance; complete inspection reports for project teams and follow up on completion of noncompliance items Conduct health and safety inductions for new starters Organise via external providers, staff safety training (safe pass, manual handling, first aid response etc) Conduct site accident investigations, writing and issuing reports Assist in health and safety (Safe-T-Cert) and quality audits (ISO 9001) with external auditors Key Qualifications/Skills Degree/Diploma in health and safety Minimum of 2 years experience in health and safety management, ideally in the fire protection, engineering or construction industries Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills High level of computer literacy is essential Full, clean driving license A competitive benefits package will be available to the right candidate.
