My client, a well-established provider of solutions within the construction and technology sector, is seeking a Legal Secretary to support their legal and finance teams.
This is a 3-month temporary position on-site in Ballymount with the opportunity for extension—an excellent chance to gain valuable experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Finance Director and Head of Legal & ComplianceAssist with corporate governance, including maintaining records and filingsDraft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreementsOrganise and maintain corporate legal documents and reportsManage administrative processes and general office tasksSupport reception duties and ensure smooth daily operations
About You:
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or finance settingProactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team playerProficient in MS Office with excellent organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation with the possibility of extending your contract beyond the initial term.
