Order Fulfilment Manager
We are seeking an Order Processing Manager to oversee all processes related to the movement of goods from our offices to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and managing a team responsible for this operation.
This individual will ensure the efficient and accurate handling of our products, from receiving and storing goods to overseeing returned items. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential in managing day-to-day operations and improving processes where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of processing goods inwards.
* Train team members involved in our fulfilment operations.
* Monitor team performance and implement coaching and feedback strategies.
* Develop and optimise processes to improve efficiency and ensure error-free operations.
* Handle problem-solving across various fulfilment-related issues.
* Forecast HR requirements to plan for growth and seasonal periods.
* Work closely with our customer service manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Operate our Order management system and Carrier software.
* Manage return consignments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* Maintain accurate records across our operations.
Requirements:
* No experience is required in the fulfilment industry.
* Proven experience in managing teams.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational issues quickly.
* Experience in recruitment, hiring, and training employees in an operations setting.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Experience with fulfilment systems or software is a plus.
