The Scoop on the Role: As a Release Train Engineer (RTE) at Grouper, You will be spreading the Agile love and keeping the Release Train on track! You will be orchestrating the Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver tunes of value in the form of working, tested software and systems. Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes and ceremonies: From epic jams at PI planning to keeping the rhythm in scrum of scrums sessions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders: Groove on priorities and ensure our delivery hits all the right beats.
Serve as a servant leader for Agile teams within the ART: Jamming out obstacles, encouraging collaboration, and tuning into continuous improvement.
Monitor and track progress towards PI objectives: Riff on risks and dependencies to ensure we hit our delivery crescendo.
Work with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM): Harmonise strategy and execution, ensuring our ART initiatives rock out in tune with overall business goals.

What We're Looking For: We need to team up with an individual who is willing to help us in spreading the Agile love and keeping the Release Train on track! Are you ready to step onto the stage of dynamic Agile orchestration? Here's what we're seeking:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of successful experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross-functional teams.
Jira and Confluence Mastery: Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with experience in administration considered a significant advantage.
Certification: Recognised Scrum Master certification and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Passion for Engineering Challenges: Demonstrated creativity and a genuine passion for tackling engineering challenges, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
Effective Communication: Excellent presentation, documentation, communication, and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
The Perfect Match: A certified SAFe Agilist. Are you the multitasking maestro? Here's what we're looking for:
