Group People and Culture Manager
Morgan McKinley is pleased to partner with a leading organization in Limerick, a city known for its vibrant business community.
This new role will play a crucial part in shaping the company's culture and people strategy. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for leading the Human Resource function across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Culture and Values: Develop and implement strategies to build and strengthen the company's culture, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's values and vision.
* Recruitment and Talent Management: Design and deliver effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and develop programs to nurture and develop existing employees.
* Employee Relations and Performance Management: Provide guidance and support to divisional heads and management on employee relations and performance management matters.
* Learning and Development: Develop and oversee learning and development programs that foster growth and alignment with business requirements.
* Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligning with company values and best practices.
* HR Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reports on HR, payroll, and learning and development areas, including employment law, HR policy, and workforce development.
* Employment Policies and Procedures: Advise and develop effective employment policies, creating and implementing same to ensure compliance with current regulations and accepted professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a Business-related subject.
* A minimum 5 years' experience in a HR role, with a minimum 3 years' experience in a management role.
* Good knowledge of employment regulations and excellent knowledge of HR best practice.
* Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, as well as HR systems and budgets.
