Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and checking of quotations, assist in monthly valuations/payouts, and maintain cost databases. The successful individual will have a strong understanding of building technology methods and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with incoming sales inquiries and preparing work to be estimated by translating documents.
* Identifying labour, material, and time requirements for quotations.
* Preparing Quotations, Monthly Valuations/Payment Claims, and Cost Reports.
* Maintaining cost databases, Tender Logs, and Tender Information folders.
* Assisting in the preparation and checking of in-house bills of quantities and tender submission documentation.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in building/engineering disciplines.
* Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role or graduate status.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel.
