Job Description
* Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Assisting in the development of the company's annual budget and financial plan.
* Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
* Participating in financial audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements.
* Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
* Collaborating with the financial team to streamline financial procedures and systems.
* Supporting the finance department in performing risk management.
* Preparing VAT returns and managing tax compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:
* A professional accounting qualification.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
* Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
