About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the sales team is motivated and rewarded effectively.
You will be responsible for setting up Sales Compensation Plans, analyzing data and generating reports. We are looking for someone detail orientated with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-end administration of sales compensation plans: This includes plan design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Utilising the sales compensation system: ensuring accuracy and making improvements.
3. Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and the effectiveness of incentive programs.
4. Work closely with sales leaders and other teams to understand their compensation needs.
5. Provide support and training on our compensation systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
* Previous experience in sales compensation and data analysis.
* Experience with Xactly (preferred).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and with others.
* Familiarity with CRM systems.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
