Main Responsibilities:
* Champion the adoption of agile methodologies across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.
* Provide day-to-day coaching to agile squads and teams to reinforce best practices and foster collaboration.
* Develop and roll out tailored coaching strategies, governance structures, and frameworks to support agile maturity.
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives to instill principles of Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking across teams.
Requirements:
* At least 8 years experience in an agile coaching role or equivalent.
* A relevant bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.
* Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is essential.
