About Your New Job My client is seeking a dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their organization by fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Purpose: Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the talent and learning development strategy. You will play a key role in supporting and delivering talent and L&D initiatives. Responsibilities will include: Design, support and deliver development programs Acceleration of leadership skills development on site Work with the management/leadership group to develop solutions that enhance individual, team, and organizational performance Responsible for the management of site training/learning budget, measurement and improvement of learning (i.e. knowledge transfer and skill mastery on site) Assist management in business strategy/culture alignment and change management initiatives on site. Apply formal and informal needs assessments processes, including surveys, focus group, department meetings etc Support and measure the effectiveness of retention within the organization Responsible for the management of site training/learning budget, measurement and improvement of learning (i.e. knowledge transfer and skill mastery on site) and return on investment in training Manage the train the trainer program to ensure all trainers are appropriately qualified to deliver training Work to establish and maintain good systems of communication across the organization. What Skills/Experience You Need Level 8 degree qualified in HR/Learning or a relevant discipline (ideally masters level and with CIPD membership preferred) 5 years + in a similar Talent Development/HR Business Partner role Similar experience within Manufacturer/Pharma would be a plus, this company will also be interested in applicants from the IT industry too Proven ability to develop & lead Talent/Learning Programs Experience working in a matrix environment Whats on Offer The successful applicant will be offered an excellent salary plus benefits including; pension, health care for you and dependants, hybrid working, annual bonus of 10% and 24 days annual leave.
