Senior bartender

Full Time position available in The Olde Brewery Oranmore.

The Olde Brewery is a busy fast-paced bar that has a good local clientele. At weekends we offer live music 3 nights.

The Role - Senior Bartender - Full Time.
Great package for the right person dependant on experience.

* Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
* Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
* Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
* Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
* Oversee the running of shifts and to ensure smooth running of same.
* Potential to move to management position for the right candidate.

The Person

* Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in dealing with local, regular clientele.
* Must be a team worker and flexible.

We can offer a great package to the right candidate, with some day shifts included, which can be discussed in person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
