Purpose of Role: Scientific Technical Lead
You will develop and manage technical change projects to drive continuous improvement and innovations. Lead a team and ensure alignment on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Testing, product variations, investigate changes to product, impact and reactions.
* Develop and manage technical change projects to enhance department efficiency and capability, aligning with business needs.
* Provide effective leadership, planning, inquiry, and communication skills.
* Collaborate with R&D, Site and Division Technical and Engineering, and Site and Division Quality Assurance to represent the site in both daily operations and long-term commitments.
* Spearhead project/program financial goals in support of business objectives.
* Investigate complex processes and problems to determine areas of improvement and risk.
* Provide mentoring and guidance regarding technical and organizational areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A third-level qualification in Engineering/Manufacturing/Science or equivalent related discipline is preferred. Electrochemistry qualification is preferable.
* 3 years of previous experience in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
* 3-5 years of Technical Operations Supervisory experience is preferred.
* Skilled in effective leadership, planning, analysis, and communication.
* Strong technical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
