Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in alignment with company objectives.
* Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
* Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to win new projects and contracts.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships.
* Monitor and evaluate business development activities, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all business development activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Proven track record of success in business development within the Substation, Grid Connection, or Power Construction industry.
* Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and deadlines.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
