Key job responsibilities
The AWS Support team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and that have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. You will be surrounded by people that are wickedly smart, passionate about cloud computing, and believe that world-class support is critical to customer success. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:
* Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
* Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
* Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
Cloud Support Engineer (CSE)는 AWS 서비스를 사용하는 고객을 대상으로 장애에 대한 troubleshooting 및 general guidance 등의 기술지원을 수행합니다. CSA는 소속된 Profile에 따라 다수의 AWS 서비스를 지원합니다.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in software development, or experience in technical support
* Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
