Job Title:
Support Technician L2
Location: Craigavon, Northern Ireland
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role:
We are seeking a Support Technician L2 to ensure proper computer operation and facilitate end-users in accomplishing business tasks.
This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user requests.
Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and request tracking tools, as well as require hands-on help at the desktop level.
The role also involves mentoring and providing support to junior technicians in their area of expertise.
A rotational on-call element is also part of this role.
Responsibilities:
* Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user requests
* Utilize diagnostic and request tracking tools for problem resolution
* Provide hands-on assistance at the desktop level
* Mentor and support junior technicians
* Participate in a rotational on-call schedule
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in the UK or valid work permit
* Third Level Qualification or equivalent
* Significant experience in desktop support
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows Operating Systems
